As a customer-owned bank, we believe banking can be a force for good and together we can have a positive impact on communities and the planet.

Why us?

Qudos Bank was originally formed by a group of Qantas employees, more than 65 years ago, who wanted to establish better financial options for themselves, their families, and their community.

Today we're a leader in the customer-owned banking industry and were named Canstar's Customer-Owned Bank of the Year and Mozo's Australia's Best Large Mutual Bank in 2023.

In July 2025, Qudos Bank and Bank Australia merged, forming one of the largest customer-owned banks in the country. With more than $17.5 billion in assets and 15 branches across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and the ACT, the merged entity serves over 300,000 members across the country.

As a customer-owned bank, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. With a team of more than 900 employees, we remain committed to delivering outstanding products, services, and banking experiences — while expanding the positive impact we create for our members and communities across Australia.
