Qudos Bank and Bank Australia have merged, effective 1 July 2025.
Qudos Mutual Limited ABN 53 087 650 557 has completed the total transfer of the business to Bank Australia Limited ABN 21 087 651 607.
All assets and liabilities of (including contracts with) Qudos Mutual Limited have been transferred to Bank Australia Limited ABN 21 087 651 607.
Bank Australia Limited will continue to operate both the Qudos Bank and Bank Australia brands.
