VIP tokens are an alternative authentication method to SMS security codes. They are used to authenticate your Mobile App or Online Banking transactions. The token service is provided to customers living or regularly travelling overseas with an international number.
For customers with an Australian mobile number please use our Qsafe SMS authentication service which can be used both domestically and internationally (with roaming switched on).
